If you are unable to resolve your claim with the user who posted the content, please contact Creative Chalk at copyright@creativechalk.com with the following: link(s) to the content in question; a statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; provide a statement by you declaring that the notification is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the exclusive owner of the copyright interest involved or that you are authorized to act on behalf of the exclusive owner; provide information reasonably sufficient to permit Biznik to contact you, such as an address, telephone number, and email address. Upon receipt of notice as described above, Creative Chalk will take whatever action, in its sole discretion, it deems appropriate, including removal of the challenged content from the Service or termination of the posting account.

Creative Chalk does not claim ownership of user content. However, you grant Creative Chalk a perpetual, world-wide, royalty free, non-exclusive, license to use, alter, reproduce, translate, perform, modify, adapt, and publish user content you submit to Creative Chalk, in whole or in part, in any current and future media, for any reason.

We have no obligation to maintain or store your content. Creative Chalk may, at any time in its sole discretion, delete, modify or prevent from displaying to any other users, any User Content, for any reason, including, but not limited to, service cancellation and/or violation of these Terms of Service. Once deleted, any content you have stored on the service cannot be retrieved.
